Tesoro – Casa Corales

Situated 8 km north of Xcalak, Tesoro – Casa Corales is a new house with a beach on one side and a lagoon on the other. Its’ surroundings offer abundant marine life as well as wildlife. The house has 2 apartments, one on the lower level and one on the upper level. It is run on solar power so electrical appliances such as irons, hair blowers or electric coffee makers are not allowed.

 

 

 

   The second floor apartment has a queen bedroom, a living room with a futon and a beautifully tiled bathroom. The screened palapa for dining also encompasses a fully equipped kitchen. And of course there is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the panoramic view or sunbath.

    

 

    

  The first floor apartment also has a queen bedroom and a spacious tiled bathroom. The living room with 2 futons, has an open floor plan that is combined with the kitchen; both have ceiling windows that provide spectacular views.

Next to the house, there is an outside dining palapa with a B.B.Q., picnic tables and chairs.

And do not forget the beach palapa with its’ friendly shade and lounge chairs.

» HIGH SEASON :

December 13, 2010 – April 17, 2011
Second Floor Apartment : $140 per night USD
First Floor Apartment :   $120 per night USD
w 14% tax included.

» LOW SEASON :

April 19 – December 12, 2010
Second Floor Apartment : $90 per night USD
First Floor Apartment : $90 per night USD
w 14% tax included.

Additional persons during all dates : Each additional guest $20 USD extra per night. Add 14% tax. Children ages 3 to 12 $10 USD extra per night. Add 14% tax.

Children under 3 are free.

First Floor Villa has one queen bedroom and 2 double futons.

Second Floor Villa has one queen bedroom and 1 single futon and 1 double futon.

Three nights minimum stay required for reservations.

Deposit is due within 7 days of booking in order to hold and confirm reservations.

If reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, a year credit will be issued or other arrangements can be worked out.
